Sakai-Peg USD (sUSD) Token Concept
Sakai-Peg USD (sUSD) is a token concept launched from the community consent of Sakai DAO proposal ID#6. The introduction of sUSD suggests users can experience better liquidity and faster daily rewards through the farming pool with strategic partner - PAXE. Nevertheless, users can also experience Restaking Program, which allows them to optimize their earning potential and actively participate in the growth of the ecosystem.
Key aspects:
- Issuance: The sUSD token will be pegged to the total wallet balance in both V1 staking pool (Ratio 1:1 with total USDT balance). It is important to note that the value of sUSD will be converted to USD value on the total claimable balance, so there is no fear of being affected by the SAKAI token price.
- Total Supply: Will be minted in an amount equal to the total claimable balance from V1 pool.
- Transferability: Users who have claimable balance will be able to claim the equivalent amount of sUSD to their wallet. sUSD can only be transferred to the user's own wallet & cannot be traded or transferred to others.
E.g. If a user’s claimable balance is $24,000, they will receive 24,000 sUSD into their wallet.
- Usage: Users can pair sUSD in their wallet with strategic partner - PAXE tokens to join the Farming pool. After success farming, all farmed sUSD will be burnt.

The system calculates the anchor based on the dollar value and disburses PAXE token rewards accordingly.
EXAMPLE
If the user have 24,000 sUSD in their wallet, they can pairs it with 24,000$ worth of PAXE tokens, made a total investment of $48,000.
If the user prefers to pair less than the full amount, they can do so. For instance, pairing 10,000 sUSD with 10,000$ of PAXE tokens will still allow them to farm, and the remaining 14,000 sUSD will stay in their wallet, unused until they decide to farm with it later.
FARMED TOKEN ALLOCATION
sUSD tokens obtained from farming pair will be burnt.
Simultaneously, an equivalent paired number of PAXE tokens will be burned. Once a specific milestone is reached, the process will shift. Instead of burning, the $PAXE tokens will be redirected to the farming pool to enhance liquidity.
